Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins. Prices below are starting points; final fees depend on crew size, number of sites, and travel distance.
Scheduling & Dispatch Review
From $2,800 AUD
Includes on-site observation, staff interviews, flow map, written report, run-sheet template, and follow-up call. Businesses with more than fifteen field staff or multiple depots may require an extended scope — typically $3,400–$4,200.
Quoting Workflow Audit
From $1,450 AUD
Remote-first engagement. Add $350 for a half-day on-site session in Adelaide metro.
Crew Capacity Planning
From $1,950 AUD
Three facilitated sessions plus a spreadsheet model you retain. Additional sessions billed at $220/hour if needed.
What affects your quote
- Crew size — more vans means longer observation and more interview time
- Travel — Adelaide metro included; regional SA adds mileage at ATO rates
- Record keeping — if job history is scattered across three systems, documentation takes longer
- Urgency — rush delivery within five business days adds 15%
Payment terms
50% deposit on agreement, balance on delivery of final report. Invoices include GST where applicable. We accept bank transfer; card payment available on request for deposits under $2,000.
Ongoing support
Some clients book quarterly check-ins at $180/hour — a one-hour call plus email summary. This is optional and never bundled into initial quotes without your consent.
