Scheduling & Dispatch Review
Who this is for
Owners and office managers running between three and twenty field staff — plumbers, electricians, builders, refrigeration techs — who know their scheduling is held together with sticky notes and goodwill. You do not need new software to start; you need clarity on what happens when the phone rings at 7am.
What you receive
- Half-day on-site observation: how enquiries arrive, how jobs get assigned, how crews report back
- Interviews with office staff and at least two field leads
- Map of your current scheduling flow (enquiry → quote → booking → dispatch → completion → invoice)
- Written report with ranked fixes: quick wins this week, structural changes over 90 days
- Custom daily run-sheet template matched to your crew count and suburbs
- 30-minute follow-up call two weeks after delivery
What is not included
- Software procurement or vendor negotiations
- Bookkeeping or BAS preparation
- HR policy writing or employment contracts
- Ongoing dispatch management on your behalf
How it works
Week 1 — Discovery: We visit your office or workshop, photograph your current boards and forms (with permission), and sit in on a typical dispatch morning. You provide two weeks of anonymised job records if available.
Week 2 — Delivery: We draft the flow map and recommendations, then present findings in a 90-minute session with you and key staff. You keep all documents; we do not retain your client data beyond the engagement.
Timeline and next step
Most reviews complete within fourteen calendar days from signed agreement. Book a discovery call through our contact page — we will confirm scope, suburb coverage, and a fixed quote before any site visit.
